Rose has always had a fascination with the paranormal, having had ghostly experiences as a child, she was determined to prove the spirit world existed. As a teen she started her " ghost hunting" at local haunted locations and in friends attics and basements. As an adult she joined, ghost groups, she has investigated many well known haunted locations such as restaurants, B&Bs, hotels, museums, libraries, Gettysburg battlefield and the Derby opera house, her path led her to working with many wonderful, families, many afflicted with demonic/negative hauntings. She has worked with renowned exorcist Bishop Robert Mckenna, and the famous paranormal priest Fr.Bob Bailey, well known from his appearances of A&E's Paranormal State. She has appeared on animal planet's "The Haunted", and has been featured in local newspaper articles. Besides working with her team on cases she is working on a paranormal documentary. Rose also teaches a paranormal class at a local high school. Her first book "Mingling With Spirits" is due out in the fall of 2012.
I have had the honor of working with Fr.Bob Bailey of Paranormal Warriors of St. Michael
and a Roman Catholic priest and pastor of St.Maria Goretti in Rhode Island.
C.S.I is lucky to have his assistance on some of our more severe cases, he is well known for appearing
on A&E's Paranormal State, and Animal Planets "The Haunted" (Demon House) along with other episodes, doing what he dose best helping families afflicted
with paranormal activity and going full force in spiritual battle against the demonic, thank-you Fr.Bob the paranormal field needs more priest like yourself.
Nick DiGregorio

Nick comes to the group having years of technical and mechanical experience, an electrician by trade. He is able to problem solve by seeking logical explanations
to certain household activities. He is an asset to CSI by bringing balance to the team. He is always ready to help others. In his spare time he enjoys motorcycling,
building and flying RC helicopters.

Designer
Janet is an office manager and accounting specialist by day. She’s the teams psychic medium, and goes beyond the call of duty, when it comes to the paranormal, to help families in need.

Investigator
Bridget is a full time Crime scene Detective, for the city of New Haven. Since she was a little girl she’s always been fascinated with all things ghostly. As an empath, she had learned to navigate and use her gift to help others.
Marek Balaban

I have always believed in the paranormal, but never had any experiences that I can recall. Being one of the newest members of the team.
I am eager to learn more under the mentorship of Rose Porto and the rest of the team. I want to help those who feel afraid to enter their
own home. Nobody should live like that.
I am currently a student in the medical field. When I’m not listening to EVPs, I’m playing video games or watching The Travel Channel.

The paranormal and psychic phenomenon has intrigued me since I was a child. Admittedly, I was afraid, yet, wanted to know more. I watched the
typical scary shows about vampires, werewolves and the like, but the ones that stuck with me most were the ghost movies and hauntings. I recall
hearing bumps in the night and going, with a brother knife in hand, to investigate, but the mystery remained.
I had a dream, in my teen years, of a church-like building with bright red stained glass windows. I knew there was something evil inside, it was my
fate to battle it. I recall thinking that if I could break the window, all would be okay. Stones thrown at the windows would simply bounce off;
I grabbed a rock, slightly larger than a softball and hurled it at the window. As the rock hit , the glass warped around the rock, melting it as if it
were dropped into a pool of molten lava. I tried small boulders, to no avail. There was no getting around it; I had to do this face-to-face. I remember
mustering up the courage to finally go inside. Just as I was about to enter, I would wake suddenly in a cold sweat with a racing heart. This dream
occurred over and over. Is this a calling--I'm not sure
I have slept in a haunted house, and seen full body apparitions. In the middle of the night, I heard glasses, dishes and silverware clanking, as if a
dinner table was being set. I thought it was the next door neighbors having a midnight dinner. Their house was so close, that if we both leaned o
ut of opposing windows, we'd bump our heads. I looked in at them from several angles and windows, and found that, like me, they were sleeping
and the house was dark. I went back to bed and heard the clanking again. I realized it was coming from the kitchen and pantry. I jumped out of bed
and decided to have look. I had a brief vision of people going back and forth carrying dinnerware, setting the dinner table. When I arrived at the
kitchen to look, there was nothing there. Back then, I turned tail; today however, I'd investigate, though not alone, of course.
I've had the privilege of crossing paths with Rose Porto. After asking her a plethora of questions, and sharing some of my experiences, I joined her
team, the CT Spirit Investigators Paranormal Group and Researcher. I tend to question everything, and always have--including my own experiences;
its earned me the title of team skeptic. Its not that I don't believe, rather that, first I must look for the logical explanation, which, if there, I hang my
hat on. It was destiny, I believe, that has lead me to this juncture--there is reason and purpose for everything.

Ever since I was a young child I have always been interested in the paranormal. It started when I was 13 when I was living in my grandparents house with them and my grandfather just died. Strange thing started to happen that I to this day have no explanation for. Lights would shut off by them self when the door was locked and I was the only person in the room. Radios would shut off by themselves. faucets turned on when no one was around. I've heard people moving around in the house upstairs when no one was home. I am an answer seeker. I'm a Judicial Marshall for the state of CT.

Tony comes to the C.S.I. Team with about 3-4 years experience in the field. He has a strong desire to help people as well as learn more about the paranormal contributing to the group however he can. He approaches investigations as a skeptic with an open mind. Believing in the paranormal yet always looking for a scientific or other explanation for events. Some of his hobbies include working on computers, reading and crossfit.
